At Elon Mower, we take pride in delivering our products swiftly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  1. Shipping Method: Air Shipment

    • Our products are primarily shipped by air, ensuring timely delivery to customers worldwide.
    • And the best part? We offer free shipping globally!
  2. Order Processing and Dispatch:

    • Once you’ve made a purchase, your order will be promptly processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.
  3. Estimated Delivery Times:

    • United States: 9-13 working days
    • Europe: 9-15 working days
    • Australia: 12-18 working days
    • Asia: 9-13 working days
    • South America: 15-20 working days
    • Note: Due to COVID-19, please allow an additional 7-10 days for delivery.
  4. Tracking Your Order:

    • The total delivery time comprises both processing and shipping.
      • Processing Time: This is the duration from when your order is placed until it leaves our warehouse (typically 1-2 business days).
      • Shipping Time: This is the time from when the item leaves the warehouse until it reaches your doorstep. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
  5. Troubleshooting Tracking Numbers:

    • Sometimes tracking numbers take 1-2 business days to be registered and updated by the carrier. If your tracking number isn’t working initially, try again after one weekday.
    • If it still doesn’t work after two business days, feel free to contact us for an update on your order status.
  6. Undelivered Orders:

    • In rare cases, packages may be lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or arrive in separate shipments.
    • If your order is three days past the estimated delivery date or if the tracking shows it as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check your order status and contact us. We’ll assist you with a refund or replacement.
  7. Checking Order Status:

    • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is completed.
    • After your order ships, another email with tracking information will follow.
    • You can also find this information in your online Account History under Order History.

    At Elon Mower, we want to ensure a smooth delivery experience for our valued customers. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping methods and related policies:

    1. Available Shipping Methods:

      • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days.
        • Note: The above shipping times do not include processing time.
        • For Standard shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please allow an additional 3-5 business days.
        • Weather-related shipping delays are beyond our control.
    2. Weekend and Holiday Shipping:

      • No, items do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
      • Our shipping estimates are based on business days (Monday through Friday).
    3. Billing and Shipping Addresses:

      • Using different “Bill to” and “Ship to” addresses is possible, but it’s essential to be aware of potential implications:
        • Shipping to an address different from the billing address may cause delays or cancellations.
        • Please ensure that your payment method details are accurate when placing your order.
        • Once an order has shipped, the “ship to” address cannot be changed.
    4. Verifying Your Shipping Address:

      • We strongly recommend verifying your shipping address during checkout.
      • Elon Mower is not responsible for shipping costs on orders returned due to incorrect addresses.
      • If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, it will be refunded (minus shipping costs and any applicable processing fees).
      • If a package is delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, re-shipping is not our responsibility.
    5. Returns and Refunds:

      • We stand by the quality of our products!
      • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day full refund for new and unused products (excluding shipping costs).
      • Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to used or opened products.
      • This return policy does not apply to items purchased with a special discount code.
